You will ideally have worked in a fine dining environment and have a passion for food. We are seeking professional commis chefs, chef de parties, pastry chefs and a sous chef to join our dynamic team.
Tasting Room Ambassadors – Benguela Cove – Hermanus, Somerset West and SedgefieldYou will need to have a strong sales background, first class people skills and ideally a love of wine. If you have the sales background and are a bubbly person then we can train the necessary wine knowledge. You will be working as part of a rota which works over a 7 day period. You must be extremely well presented.
Waitrons – Benguela Cove – Hermanus
We are seeking to recruit waitrons to work with a fine dining environment at Benguela Cove. You will need to be extremely well presented and personable. Must have good strong background in front of house service.
