Benguela on Main is proud to announce their first Chef and Sommelier lunch experience on Thursday, 5 November 2015 at 12:30pm.
Combine the very different talents of Executive Chef, Jean Delport and the zany Group Sommelier, Denis Garret and you will have a lunch that you will remember for a long time.
A table of 12 people will embark on a culinary experience specially selected by chef Jean. Jean will take you through each course and describe his inspiration and thoughts behind each selection. You can as an option, choose to follow Denis, the madcap sommelier, who has dug deep into the cellar and is confident that the wine choices will pair expertly and tantalize your taste buds.
The lunch promises to be a great social occasion as well as a culinary delight. Served on a communal table you can be sure that you will finish lunch with friends.
